Who I am.

Father of two teenagers. Husband. Baseball coach. Creative guy.

Grew up on the mean streets of Newark, NJ.

BFA Graphic Design at the U.

26 years creating, crafting, disrupting culture at one advertising agency - Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Learned the ropes under ad legend Alex Bogusky. Twice.

Made some great ads, won a bunch of awards, even judged the biggest award show on the planet.

What I believe.

Start by being a good person.

The only results that matter are the business results. The only way to achieve great business results is through great creative.

Think big from the start. And not ads, but actions that you can turn into ads.

Listen to the client. Listen to the customer. Listen to culture. Then give them what they couldn’t imagined.

Strategy is critical. Strategy is creativity, just a different part of it.

This is art. Art elicits a reaction through creativity.

If my wife doesn’t get it, or my kids don’t think it’s cool, it’s probably not a good idea.

Oh yeah, and baseball is the true “beautiful game”.

If you want to talk more about my case studies, creativity in general, raising teenagers, or baseball, just let me know. I’d love to chat.
